ldr-utils - add support for init sections and multiple init blocks

u-boot:
	- add -elf2ldr
	- for POST code, force it into LDR and only have it work when booting
	  from an LDR.

gforge frs sort is fucked

.romfs does not get a PHDR, but it works because u-boot reads section
headers only, not program headers

bfin exception request - write documentation
	- handler must be in L1
	- data must be in L1
	- cannot cause an exception
	- jump to return_from_exception

review is_machine / is_arch for blackfin processors

 - byte count in ldr header is treated as a signed value
