    <code>&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;p&gt;Foo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;</code>.
    The <code>&lt;p&gt;</code> tags can be replaced with whatever you desire,
    as long as it is a block level element.
